Just flour, water, salt, starter. The benchmark loaf.
Seeded Multigrain

Sunflower, flax, sesame — sometimes pumpkin seeds and rolled oats. Often with whole wheat or rye in the dough.
Naturally leavened
No commercial yeast. Just flour, water, salt, time.
Pickup only
Order by 9pm the night before. Pick up warm, 8am – noon.
Small batches
We bake what we can do well, and stop when we sell out.
